How to Make a Wood Pallet Hat Hanger

Found a project that will not blow your budget because the primary items used for it is wood pallets. 

For the project you’ll need a wood pallet, and a few other hardware items for the rack. You also need a sander and some tools to piece it apart

Find a nice wooden pallet that is still in good condition

Remove the support posts from the bottom of the Wood Pallet

Cut  the pallet board in to many different sizes and break out the paint

Paint the boards in awesome super dooper rainbow colors because everyone knows, rainbow colors are the best for pallet hangers

You're going to want to use a thick thick paint, because what most people don't know is, wood pallets are treated with some toxic sludge (more at this site) that can make you sick or be dangerous to small children or your house pets. Remember, safety first when using wood pallets, wear gloves to avoid plinters, use safe non-lead based paints and make sure the pallet wood is covered completely.
